Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AskRank service operated by Supafast ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using AskRank, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Service description
AskRank is an AEO/GEO visibility tracker that automatically submits queries to AI language models (including ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini), detects brand mentions in responses, and presents analytics to help you understand how your product is represented in AI-generated answers.
The service is intended for business use by SaaS founders, marketers, and agencies. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it up-to-date.
You may not share your account with others or create accounts for the purpose of circumventing plan limits.
Notify us immediately at support@askairank.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Subscriptions and billing
3.1 Plans
AskRank offers a Free plan and paid subscription tiers (Starter, Pro, Team, Agency). Plan features and pricing are listed on the pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
3.2 Billing cycle and auto-renewal
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
3.3 Taxes
Prices shown are exclusive of applicable taxes. Stripe Tax automatically calculates and collects VAT/GST where applicable based on your billing address. You are responsible for any taxes beyond what we collect.
3.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until the period ends.
3.5 Refunds
We offer a 7-day refund on your first payment if you are not satisfied with the service. After the 7-day period, or for renewals, refunds are issued at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact support@askairank.com.
3.6 Failed payments
If a payment fails, we will retry up to 3 times over 7 days. If payment remains unsuccessful, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan. We will notify you by email before downgrading.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
Use the service to track brands or domains you do not own or have authorization to monitor.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the service in ways not permitted by the API.
Exceed plan limits through automation, multiple accounts, or other means intended to circumvent quotas.
Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws, including data protection laws.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or the accounts of other users.
Introduce malware, viruses, or any other harmful code into the service.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
5. Intellectual property
AskRank and all associated software, design, trademarks, and content are owned by Supafast and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose.
You retain ownership of the data and brand information you provide. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to deliver the service.
6. Third-party AI services
AskRank uses third-party AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, Google) to submit prompts and retrieve responses. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI responses. AI outputs may vary and should not be considered authoritative. Availability of the service depends in part on the availability of these third-party APIs.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific business outcomes will result from using it.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Supafast will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of AskRank.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Supafast and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease. Data export is available for 30 days following termination; after that period, your data may be deleted.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia (EU), without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at support@askairank.com. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
